Prepare project scope of work, preliminary plans & rough estimates.
Refine plans for bidding process, create estimate and present to client.
Finalize plans and present contract documents. Construct project to completion.

This scope of work leads to the development of working plans (if needed), preliminary/final estimates and our presentation to you.
